The apartment will sleep a maximum of 4 people.
The price per week is 440 EUR for two. Each additional person is 15 EUR per night. After the 7th night each additional night will be prorated at 440/7. Cleaning and taxes included.
For stays shorter than a week, the nightly rate is 70 EUR for two (extra persons see above) plus a cleaning fee of 35 EUR. (+10% VAT)
Check availability and book online right now - you will be charged 100% of the rental amount to secure the reservation.
Damage Deposit: If your departure date is less than 2 months away, the booking tool will aslo charge you the damage deposit, which will be returned to you after your departure. Otherwise you will get an email with a payment link about 2 months before your arrival.
Cancellations: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus EUR 50 administrative charges. 30 days and less, we keep the deposit unless we are able to fill your reserved dates; in which case we will refund your deposit minus EUR 50 as well!
