Apartment 'Alt Wien'

The Apartment is very close to the Giant Ferris Wheel. You might remember the scene with Orson Welles in 'The Third Man', when he talks about all those ants ... People really do look like them when up there.

The amusement part of the Prater is called Volksprater and is only a very small fraction of this huge park, which used to be the private hunting grounds of the Habsburgs. You can row a boat in one of its lakes or rent a bicycle with your family and enjoy the old horse-chestnut trees.
